Refund Policy

SoulPal offers two optional paid subscriptions, SoulPal Premium and SoulPal Ultra, billed monthly. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. How your refund is handled depends on where you purchased your subscription. This policy supplements our Terms of Use; nothing in it limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel, your paid benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial (pro-rated) refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period after cancellation, except where required by law or covered by section 3 below.

2. Purchases made in the iOS app (Apple)

Subscriptions purchased inside the SoulPal iOS app are billed by Apple, and refunds for those purchases are handled exclusively by Apple under Apple's own policy. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase. We are not able to issue refunds for payments collected by Apple.

3. Purchases made on the web (Paddle)

Web checkout on soulpal.net is not available yet. Subscriptions are currently purchased in the iOS app. Once web checkout launches, subscriptions purchased on soulpal.net will be processed by our payment partner Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc.), acting as the merchant of record, and the following will apply:

4. Usage allowances

Monthly allowances included in a plan (such as messages, character slots, or posts) do not roll over between billing periods, and unused allowances are not refundable.

5. Fair use

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show a pattern of abuse (for example, repeatedly purchasing, consuming a full allowance, and requesting a refund). Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Use are not eligible for refunds, except where required by law.
