Delete Your Account

You can delete your SoulPal account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it from inside the app and how to request deletion if you can no longer sign in.

Delete from within the app

The fastest way is directly in the SoulPal app:

  1. Open SoulPal and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to your Profile tab and tap the Settings (gear) icon.
  3. Tap Account, then Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and its data are permanently removed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address associated with your account at info@soulpal.net with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and then delete the account.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the data linked to it, including:

What we may retain

We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it (for example, records of purchases needed for tax and accounting) or to prevent fraud and abuse. Such records are kept only for as long as legally required and are then deleted. Retained records are not used to re-identify or contact you for any other purpose.

How long it takes

Deletion from within the app takes effect immediately. Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days of us verifying the request.

Note: Deleting your SoulPal account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Manage or cancel active subscriptions from your Google Play or App Store account settings.
